Experience Required

- 6–9 years of overall IT/Supply Chain Planning experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the o9 Platform/IBPL (Mandatory).
- Experience in at least one end-to-end o9 implementation.

- Ability to conduct requirement gathering, client workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
