About the Role

Klaimify Private Limited is looking for an experienced and highly capable Functional Consultant ERP Implementation to join our growing ERP Consulting & Implementation team at our Raipur office.

The role is intended for a professional who possesses strong hands-on experience in ERP implementations, understands business processes deeply, can independently engage with clients, and is capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and practical ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across ERP modules, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work across multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.

Experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework is highly desirable.

This is NOT a conventional Business Analyst or ERP Support role. The position requires a consultant who can understand the underlying business problem, challenge inefficient processes, propose practical solutions, coordinate with technical teams and take functional ownership from requirement discovery through implementation, UAT, go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting

- Drive and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Understand client business processes, organizational structures, operational workflows and business objectives.
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions and configurations.
- Conduct functional gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions with minimum unnecessary customization.
- Develop functional solution approaches aligned with ERP best practices and client business objectives.
- Understand dependencies between different ERP modules and ensure that proposed solutions work across the complete business process.
- Participate in implementation planning, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment and stabilization activities.

1. Business Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with business users and key stakeholders.
- Understand the actual business problem behind a stated requirement rather than simply documenting user requests.
- Analyze business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, redundancies and opportunities for automation.
- Convert business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are correctly understood and implemented.

1. ERP Functional & Module Expertise

- Develop strong functional understanding of ERP modules including:
- Finance & Accounting

- Sales
- Purchase & Procurement
- Inventory & Warehouse

- Understand end-to-end business processes and their cross-module dependencies.
- Analyze the impact of functional changes across connected modules and workflows.
- Identify whether a requirement should be addressed through configuration, process redesign, customization, integration or user training.
- Provide functional guidance to development and QA teams throughout implementation.

1. Client Management & • Consulting

- Act as a trusted functional consultant and business advisor for assigned clients.
- Independently conduct client meetings, requirement workshops, process walkthroughs and solution discussions.





- Handle multiple stakeholders across multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and delivery discipline.
- Conduct functional demonstrations, solution walkthroughs and UAT sessions.
- Understand client concerns and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.

- Manage functional escalations and client issues with ownership and professionalism.
- Build strong and sustainable client relationships through domain knowledge and solution-oriented consulting.
- Communicate complex ERP concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

1. Real-Time Problem Resolution & • Out-of-the-Box Thinking

- Demonstrate excellent analytical and out-of-the-box thinking while solving business and ERP implementation challenges.
- Independently analyze and resolve functional issues arising during implementation, UAT and production support.

- Identify the root cause of functional problems rather than addressing only their symptoms.
- Evaluate alternative approaches when standard ERP functionality does not fully meet a business requirement.
- Recommend sustainable solutions instead of unnecessarily increasing system customization.

- Identify potential implementation risks and proactively address them.
- Work effectively under pressure during critical implementation, UAT and go-live situations.

1. UAT, Go-Live &

• Post-Implementation Support

- Develop UAT scenarios, test cases and validation criteria based on approved business requirements.
- Coordinate UAT activities with client business users.
- Analyze UAT observations and determine whether issues are related to functionality, configuration, customization, data or business processes.

- Coordinate with developers and QA teams for issue resolution.
- Support deployment and go-live activities.
- Provide functional support during the post-go-live stabilization period.

- Conduct user training, knowledge-transfer and process walkthrough sessions.
- Ensure that users understand the implemented processes and system functionality.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for further process improvements.

1. Multi-Project & • Delivery Coordination

- Handle functional responsibilities across multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize requirements, client issues, UAT activities and functional deliverables according to business impact and project timelines.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX and other delivery stakeholders.
- Track functional dependencies and ensure timely closure of blockers.
- Participate in sprint planning, project reviews, requirement prioritization and delivery meetings.

- Maintain visibility and control over functional deliverables across assigned projects.
- Ensure that functional activities remain aligned with project scope, timelines and business objectives.

Must-Have Experience & • Skills The candidate must possess:

- 47 years of relevant professional experience in ERP Functional Consulting, ERP Implementation, Business Analysis or related ERP delivery roles.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in ERP implementations.
- Experience in at least one or more complete ERP implementation life cycles.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and ERP workflows.

- Strong requirement-gathering and business analysis capabilities.
- Experience preparing professional functional documentation.
- Strong experience in conducting client discussions and requirement workshops.

- Experience in functional gap analysis and solution design.
- Strong understanding of ERP module interdependencies.
- Experience with UAT, issue resolution, go-live and post-implementation support.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

Highly Preferred The following experience will provide a significant advantage:

- ERPNext implementation experience.

- Hands-on exposure to the Frappe Framework from a functional / implementation perspective.
- Experience working across multiple ERPNext modules.
- Experience with ERPNext configuration, workflows, roles and permissions, reports, print formats and business processes.

- Exposure to ERPNext data migration, UAT and go-live activities.
- Experience working with Frappe / ERPNext development teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, healthcare, fintech, government or other enterprise implementations.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Redmine or similar project management tools.
- Exposure to pre-sales, solutioning or proposal preparation.

- Experience conducting ERP user training and change-management activities.
