Job Title: MERN Stack Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Team Lead to own both the technical direction and people-management side of our development team. If you have a strong hands-on engineering background and know how to lead a team while driving measurable results through KPIs, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required: 5+ years in full stack development, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Own end-to-end project delivery — planning, execution, and quality assurance
- Define technical architecture and enforce engineering best practices
- Set, track, and report on Team and Project KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and clients to clarify requirements




- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to support their growth
- Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project roadmaps and milestones

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Proven experience leading a development team for 2+ years
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹380,818.56 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
