Job Summary

Design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications using up-to-date front-end and back-end technologies. Collaborate with architects, contribute to engineering best practices, mentor junior developers, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and deliver scalable web applications and APIs.

2. Collaborate on system architecture, technology selection, and development standards.

3. Conduct code reviews and drive quality improvements through testing and refactoring.

4. Mentor and support junior engineers through coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions.

5. Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability practices.

6. Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and compliance requirements.

7. Participate in Agile development, sprint planning,



and cross-functional collaboration.

Mandatory Skills

1. 7-10 years of software development experience with 4+ years owning full-stack systems.

2. Expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and Django.

3. Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

4. Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.

5. Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

6. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, OOP, and asynchronous programming.

7. Knowledge of OWASP, authentication/authorization frameworks, and secure coding practices.
