Role & responsibilities Financial Management and MIS Reporting:
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports (balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements) in accordance with Indian IND AS and IFRS. o Preparation and maintain Fixed Asset Register and computation of depreciation as per Companies Act and Group Policies. o Recognition of effects of the foreign currency exchange transaction as per IND AS in the books. o Managing and reviewing
Account Receivable & Account Payable.
Audit and Tax Compliance: o Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. o Oversee financial audits, internal financial controls, and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, managing both indirect and direct (Corporate Income Tax, GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.,) taxation effectively and filing of Monthly,
Quarterly and Annually tax returns as and when due. o Independent Management of annual tax assessments. o Independent handling up to Finalization of accounts. Budgeting and Forecasting: o Annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational goals in collaborating with department heads to gather necessary data. o Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to management at the end of each reporting period.
- o Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Cash Flow Management: o Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and manage short term Investments.
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts on weekly, Monthly and Yearly identifying trends and variances for Management reviews.
- Develop and manage relationships with Banks, financial institutions, vendors and customers.
- Manage and ensure compliance with banking and foreign exchange regulations, maintaining effective financial operations.
