Role Description The Senior Financial Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing core accounting and financial reporting activities for the Group and its business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Record, manage, and supervise financial transactions, including revenue, expenditures, and collections.

- Ensure accurate reconciliation of multi-bank accounts.

- Generate financial reports

- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Reconcile all firms' bank accounts regularly and monitor the institution's cash position.

- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial records and documentation.

- Manage payroll records and facilitate timely salary processing for employees.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, including preparation, review, consolidation, and GST Laws.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related financial systems, with the ability to optimize processes and maintain accurate records.

- Several years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.

- Solid understanding of taxation, compliance,



and regulatory frameworks relevant to the Indian business context.

- Ability to lead and mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
