Job Summary: Responsible for installation, commissioning, operations support, troubleshooting, maintenance and performance optimization of renewable energy software assets, SCADA, PPC and EMS systems. This role demands frequent travelling and work at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel and work at customer sites to perform installation, commissioning, along with delivery and O&M; teams remote support to make SCADA/PPC/EMS systems operational during SAT and project handovers.
- Verify physical connections, power supply, network connectivity, cable labelling, device status, and cabinet readiness.
- Responsible for all these applications availability at customer site during O&M; contract duration.
- Support device-to-Edge and Edge-to-Cloud data connectivity and validate data completeness and quality.
- Ready to travel at short notice as required at customer sites and be at customer site for required duration
- Operate and work from companies assigned regional office
- Monitor plant performance through SCADA/PPC/EMS systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of field issues.
- Support commissioning, FAT, SAT and site acceptance activities.
- Coordinate with customers,



service teams and engineering teams.
- Maintain service reports, incident records and RCA documentation.
- Implement preventive maintenance and operational best practices.
- Provide technical support for communication networks, servers and control systems.

Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.

- 2-8 years of experience in field operations, commissioning, O&M; or technical support roles.
