Job Summary

White Lotus Group is looking for an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee facility operations across approximately 7 premium properties in Central Bengaluru. The role requires robust people management, vendor coordination, hospitality standards, and hands-on facility management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end facility operations across approximately 7 premium properties.

- Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, pantry, security, and other facility services.

- Manage and supervise facility staff, technicians, housekeeping teams, and external vendors.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all properties.

- Monitor property standards, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall upkeep.

- Manage vendor performance, service contracts, AMC requirements, and operational expenses.

- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.

- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and property teams.





- Maintain operational reports, facility records, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.

- Ensure a high-quality premium hospitality and guest experience across all properties.

Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in Facility Management / Property Management / Hospitality Operations.

- Experience managing multiple premium properties simultaneously is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and general facility operations.

- Excellent communication and good spoken English.

- Strong team leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates from 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, premium residential/commercial properties, or similar environments preferred.

- Hotel Management qualification will be an added advantage.

- Should be comfortable with extensive coordination and travel across properties in Central Bengaluru.
