We are seeking an independent, detail-oriented Senior Export & Logistics Coordinator to take full ownership of our export shipping and documentation process. As a one-person department, you will manage shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring 100% compliance with international trade laws. You must be an expert in utilizing major carrier portals (e.g., Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM) to execute bookings, track freight, and resolve logistics hurdles efficiently.Key Responsibilities

- Carrier Portal Management: Execute and manage digital bookings, shipping instructions, and container tracking via Maersk and other major carrier platforms.

- Document Preparation: Generate and verify error-free commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading (B/L).

- Customs Compliance: File Automated Export System (AES) declarations and ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and incoterms.

- Freight Coordination: Liaise directly with ocean liners, freight forwarders, truckers, and warehouse staff to optimize transit schedules.

- Problem Resolution: Independently troubleshoot port delays, customs holds, container rollings,



and document amendments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on export documentation experience within a manufacturing, trading, or freight forwarding setup.

- Portal Expertise: Advanced proficiency in digital shipping platforms, specifically Maersk Hub, INTTRA, or similar carrier portals.

- Incoterms Mastery: Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020 rules (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and their impact on costs and risks.

- Autonomy: Proven ability to work as a solo operator, managing high-volume paperwork under tight shipping windows without supervision.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry to avoid costly customs penalties or port storage fees (demurrage/detention).

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

- Certified Export Specialist (CES) or similar qualified trade certification.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
