We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guest.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

- Previous Banquet Experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
