Role & Responsibilities

- Strategic Legal Counsel & Compliance: Develop and oversee entity-specific compliance programs, regulatory advisories, and internal ethics policies. Provide strategic advice on general corporate matters, employment laws, staffing regulations, labor relations, and IT/cybersecurity affairs.
- Litigation Management & Dispute Resolution: Design and execute litigation and dispute resolution strategies to mitigate operational risks and protect organizational interests.
- Contractual & Commercial Governance: Draft, review, and negotiate complex contractual documents to ensure alignment with business goals, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigations & Ethics Oversight: Assist with internal investigations, ethics complaints, POSH policies, and whistleblower mechanisms while coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Team Leadership & Enablement: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing legal team, conducting training on ethics, data safety, legal compliance,



and litigation management.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 12–15 years of legal experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Education: LLB from a reputed law school. An LLM or domain-specific legal certifications are preferred.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in staffing and recruitment, law firms, or the broader service industry.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, legal tech) and MS Office (including PowerPoint).
- Key Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, robust stakeholder management, adaptable problem-solving, and a proven track record of aligning legal strategies with corporate growth.
