Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech).
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in SS pipes , Fittings & Valves , SS Furniture, All Valves, HDPE , PTFE lines procurement for API / Formulation industries, preferably in the Pharma, API, or Formulation manufacturing sector.
- Positive experience in supplier sourcing, vendor development, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier identification, and cost analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of SS pipes , Fittings & Valves , SS Furniture, All Valves, HDPE , PTFE lines technical specifications, market rates, and supplier networks.
- Ability to handle multiple procurement activities and delivery schedules.




- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day procurement activities for project and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Department to ensure timely material availability.
- Follow up with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and dispatch status.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for supplier payment follow-ups.
- Support vendor evaluation, negotiation, and new supplier development.
- Prepare weekly and monthly purchase reports and procurement status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Maintain procurement records and support cost-saving initiatives.
