This job posting is in a hormone formulation manufacturing division of Celogen Pharma.

Job Summary:

The Production Analyst will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality requirements. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience in tablet manufacturing, with a sound understanding of production processes, equipment operations, batch documentation, and GMP practices.

The position involves independently handling assigned production activities, coordinating with operators and cross-functional teams, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring that production operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved procedures and batch manufacturing records. The candidate will also be expected to identify and report process deviations or operational issues and contribute to maintaining consistent product quality and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:





- Ensure strict compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), approved SOPs, and all applicable plant safety requirements.
- Ensure appropriate use of PPE and adherence to safety, hygiene, and contamination-control practices throughout the manufacturing process.
- Execute and monitor assigned activities involved in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and defined process parameters.
- Ensure production rooms and manufacturing equipment are properly cleaned, prepared, and ready for batch manufacturing as per approved procedures.
- Handle and coordinate the movement of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products within the production area in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate and monitor tablet manufacturing equipment and perform assigned production activities independently, as per SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Monitor manufacturing processes and perform required in-process checks and observations, ensuring that process parameters remain within specified limits.
- Complete BMRs, BPRs, equipment logbooks, cleaning records, checklists, and other production documentation accurately, contemporaneously, and in compliance with GDP requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with Production Operators, Supervisors, QA, QC,



Warehouse, Engineering, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
- Identify and promptly report process deviations, equipment abnormalities, quality concerns, or safety issues to the immediate supervisor and relevant departments.
- Support investigation and resolution of routine production-related issues, deviations, and equipment/process abnormalities, as required.
- Ensure production activities are completed as per the approved production schedule while maintaining required quality and GMP standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and discipline within the production area and ensure compliance with applicable hygiene requirements.
- Contribute to improving production efficiency, reducing process-related issues, and maintaining consistent product quality through adherence to established procedures and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:

- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
- Ability to follow instructions diligently and accurately.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills (verbal, in English and/or Hindi/Marathi preferred for local communication).

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
