Co-ordination for any planned downtime. Checking the health of thecommunication topology (Profibus DP & Profinet) and taking necessary actions.Hands on experience of ABB DCS & PLC system.Basic understanding of communicationtopology or networkHands on experience of various type of monitoring & measuring instrumentation.(Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure,



Weighing system)Spares Management:-Maintaining adequate inventory of spares and consumables towards Instrumentation asset.

Ensuring proper budgeting.Actual vs budgetTimelinessPeople Management:-Direct & guide team members; counsel workmen & address grievances;Review performance in order to build a motivated team & aperformance oriented work culture.Vendor Management:-Co-ordination with various instrumentation Vendors for procuring material, services & alternate solution with reasonable cost.

Software trouble shooting for various Application systems communication (DCS,PLC)

Supporting recent automation initiatives at Plant (e.g., local communication, Enterprise Asset Management, Efficiency improvement tools etc)
