Handle international air and sea freight enquiries.

Collect rates from shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.

Prepare and send quotations to customers and the sales team.

Negotiate freight rates and charges.

Check freight rates, surcharges, and profit margins.

Update and maintain rate sheets.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and overseas agents.

Ensure quotations are accurate and sent on time.

Follow up on pending rates and enquiries.

Skills

Good knowledge of international freight forwarding.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to work within deadlines.

Experience in international freight pricing or freight forwarding
