Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panvel.

The Senior

Executive will oversee daily operational activities, support store and regional performance, and ensure adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



implementing process improvements, and supporting inventory, cost control, and compliance requirements. The role involves guiding and coaching team members, helping drive customer satisfaction, and contributing to local execution of strategic initiatives.

The Senior

Executive will also generate regular reports, support decision-making through data analysis, and collaborate closely with leadership to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management capabilities with experience in multi-outlet or retail/food-service environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of technology platforms to track performance and drive decisions.
- Skills in team supervision, coaching, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth on-site execution.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance standards within food-service or related industries.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in QSR (quick service restaurant), retail, or food-tech operations is an advantage.
