Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and HR documentation.

The Senior Executive Human

Resources will handle employee relations, resolve concerns, and support a positive, inclusive work culture that aligns with company values. Daily tasks include administering HR policies, coordinating benefits and leave management, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves partnering with leadership on workforce planning, HR process improvements,



and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, and HRIS usage.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, communicating, and implementing policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or related creative industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support change management, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
