Key responsibilities

Local IT infrastructure and operations

- Manage the local IT infrastructure across the assigned centres, including firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, structured cabling and printers, ensuring high uptime in all client and common areas.
- Administer and maintain the internet links in public and common areas, monitor bandwidth and link health, and coordinate with ISPs for fault resolution.
- Operate and maintain the CCTV system, including camera health, recording, retention and the video management software.
- Operate and maintain the access control system, including readers, controllers, door hardware and user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Provide end-user IT support to members and internal teams for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, remote desktop and connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle across the centres, including inventory, procurement support, allocation, onboarding, offboarding and compliance.

Projects, BoQ and vendor coordination

- Prepare and review Bills of Quantity (BoQ) for IT, network, CCTV and access control scope for current centres and upgrades.
- Conduct site visits and site surveys, capture requirements, and track readiness against the project plan.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for supply, installation and commissioning, and monitor execution works for quality, cost and timeline adherence.
- Support the design and documentation of network, CCTV and access control layouts, and validate vendor deliverables against the agreed scope.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and RFQ processes and provide technical inputs during negotiation.





Required skills and experience

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality or a multi-site environment.
- Strong working knowledge of networking i.e. firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points and structured cabling including basic configuration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV and access control systems, their cabling and day-to-day administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, remote desktop and end-user device support.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and ISPs and monitoring on-site execution.
- Ability to read layout and cabling drawings and prepare or review a BoQ.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple centres and tasks at once, and willing to travel across sites in the region.

Good to have

- Exposure to BoQ preparation and project execution for IT/CCTV/ACS fit-outs.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for reviewing layout and conduit drawings.
- Vendor or OEM certifications in networking (e.g. Cisco/Meraki/Aruba/Juniper), CCTV (e.g. Milestone/Axis/Bosch/Pelco) or access control.
- Understanding of firewall and bandwidth management concepts.

Qualification

- Graduate / B.Tech / BE / BCA in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
