Designation: Senior HR Executive/HR Executive – Human Resources

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage and coordinate key HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Administration activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, timely HR service delivery, accurate HR data and documentation, and effective coordination with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations knowledge, excellent communication and coordination skills, a process-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities in a rapid-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely delivery of HR services. Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee onboarding.

Manage employee queries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and defined timelines.

Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and HR records.

1. Attendance, Leave & HRMS

Manage employee attendance and leave records through HRMS/ESSL or other relevant systems. Monitor attendance, leave, regularization, and related employee requests.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data in HRMS.

Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for attendance, leave, and employee data required for payroll processing.

Identify discrepancies in HR data and ensure timely resolution.

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. Coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Source, screen, interview, schedule, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

1. PMS & KRA Management





Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) process. Collect, review, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual KRA/PMS records.

Coordinate with Reporting Managers and employees to ensure timely completion of performance reviews.

Update KRA formats and communicate process changes as required.

Prepare PMS reports and maintain accurate performance-related documentation.

Support HR leadership in tracking performance timelines and adherence.

1. Employee Engagement & Experience

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, events, and initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Administration, and HR for event execution.

Support employee experience initiatives and ensure professional HR service delivery.

Assist in gathering employee feedback and identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement.

1. Administration & Vendor Coordination

Manage employee access, biometric records, and related administrative requirements. Coordinate stationery, medical, housekeeping, and other office requirements with vendors.

Coordinate with Administration and vendors to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Support maintenance of office hygiene, employee facilities, and workplace standards.

1. HR Communication

Initiate and coordinate Internal Job Postings (IJP) as per the approved SOP. Manage IJP documentation, interview coordination, approvals, and employee communication.

Draft and circulate HR-related communications, announcements, and process updates.

Ensure HR policies, guidelines, and process changes are communicated effectively to employees.

1. HR MIS & Reporting

Maintain accurate HR trackers, employee databases, and HR records. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and operational reports as required.

Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, attendance, and PMS completion.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR reports to HR leadership.

Use MS Excel for HR data management,



analysis, and reporting.

1. Process Improvement & Compliance

Identify gaps in existing HR processes and suggest improvements. Support development and implementation of HR SOPs, workflows, and process improvements.

Assist in HRMS/process automation and digitization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Support internal and external HR audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.

1. Management Coordination

Coordinate effectively with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, IT, Administration, Reporting Managers, and other business stakeholders. Handle employee-related matters professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR leadership.

Support HR projects, organizational changes, system implementations, and other HR initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

Robust knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management

Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Knowledge of PMS & KRA Management

Experience with HRMS, Attendance & Leave Management

Strong HR MIS and Advanced MS Excel skills

Positive understanding of HR policies and processes

Strong employee query handling and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong stakeholder coordination skills

Good organizational and time-management skills

Process-oriented approach with a continuous-improvement mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Shared Services / Talent Acquisition.
