Role Summary:

The Sr. HR Executive supports the effective execution of key HR functions by coordinating day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role works closely with business leaders and the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance and employee relations while maintaining a positive employee experience and adherence to organizational policies.

This role is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

● Coordinate HR operations, documentation, HRMS and employee records.

● Assist in performance management, goal setting and appraisal cycles.

● Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication and wellness programs.

● Support employee relations by addressing routine queries and facilitating grievance resolution.

● Ensure compliance with company policies,



labour laws and statutory requirements.

● Prepare HR reports, dashboards and maintain accurate database management.

● Coordinate learning and development initiatives and employee training programs.

● Partner with business stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.

● Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

● 1-2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple HR functions.

● Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and employee relations.

● Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices.

● Experience working with HRMS platforms and HR analytics.

● Strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR processes.

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
