Role Purpose [Why this role exists/ Business Problems This Role Will Solve]
- Own and manage the complete employee lifecycle from post-offer onboarding through employee separation, ensuring seamless HR operations across the Group.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance activities, HRMS administration, and employee data integrity while supporting Business HR teams in delivering an efficient employee experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, leave, HRMS and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing HR processes, improving HRMS utilization, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Act as the HR Operations backbone for the Corporate HR function while supporting digital HR initiatives, HR MIS and Group-wide HR projects.

Major Areas of Contribution:
1. Strategic Contribution:
- Support HR digital transformation through effective HRMS utilization, process automation and standardization of HR processes across Group companies.
- Maintain audit readiness through accurate statutory and HR documentation and provide reliable HR data, MIS and reports for business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reduce turnaround time and enhance employee experience.
1. Functional Contribution:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, BGV, induction, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, designation/department changes, resignation and exit formalities.
- Manage HR letters and employee records including appointment, confirmation, salary revision, promotion, transfer/designation change, experience/service and other employee documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including leave attendance, incentives, referral bonus, reimbursements and Full Final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Administer HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data, workflows, organizational structure and reports, and coordinate with the HRMS vendor for timely resolution of system issues.
- Coordinate and ensure timely statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity and applicable labour laws, and support internal, statutory and ISO audits.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, leave, HRMS and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation of sensitive matters.
- Support HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle activities, PMS coordination and tracking, employee queries, audits and HR initiatives, ensuring timely closure and maintenance of relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with HR vendors including HRMS, BGV, insurance/TPA and other service providers to ensure timely resolution of operational requirements.
- Maintain process trackers, checklists and SOPs for recurring HR activities and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Support L D and employee engagement initiatives, employee connects, surveys and other Group-wide HR initiatives as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and HR information.
Success Indicators in First 6 Months
- Independently manages complete HR Operations with minimal supervision.
- Ensures timely and accurate monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintains accurate employee documentation, HRMS records and audit-ready HR records.
- Ensures timely support and closure of internal, statutory and ISO audit requirements.
- Ensures timely statutory compliance activities with no major compliance observations attributable to HR Operations.
- Ensures timely resolution of employee queries, HR requests and operational issues within defined TATs.
- Demonstrates effective coordination with HR vendors and internal stakeholders for timely resolution of operational issues.
- Successfully supports Business HR, PMS and Corporate HR initiatives.
- Demonstrates ownership in identifying and implementing improvements in HR processes, HRMS utilization, turnaround time and employee experience.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Background
- MBA / PGDM / MSW / MHRM in Human Resources.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and statutory compliance.
- Experience in independently managing end-to-end HR Operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
- Experience in handling employee queries, HR MIS and HR operational reporting.
- Hands-on experience managing HRMS platforms; experience with Zimyo HRMS will be highly preferred.
- Strong Excel/data management skills with good attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, Engineering, Fintech, or Technology organizations will be preferred, but not mandatory.
