We are looking for a Design & Technical Sales Support who can handle technical design, estimation, documentation, and coordination between Sales, Design, Production, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D designs,layouts, and technical drawings as per customer requirements.

- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical sheets, and product combinations.

- Coordinate with Sales,Production, and customers for smooth execution of orders.

- Provide technical support to the Sales team during enquiries and order finalization.

- Prepare and maintain technical documents, drawings, BOMs, and project records.

- Coordinate order processing from design approval through production/execution.

- Identify design or technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D design.

- Good understanding of manufacturing, materials, dimensions, and technical drawings.

- Positive MS Excel and documentation skills.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
