Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HRMS, ERP Sales, Payroll Software, SaaS Sales, Zoho experts to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients.
- Develop solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ERP sales (Enterprise Resource Planning) software applications.
- Proficiency in payroll software and familiarity with popular SaaS platforms like Zoho.
