AIA – Agentic AI ENGINEER

The opportunity

We are seeking a agile Senior consultant to join our AI & Data Consulting team, focused on driving data-driven transformations. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of AI strategy consulting, data & enterprise data assessments and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

You will work closely with C-suite leaders, operating partners, and portfolio company executives to help them leverage Agentic AI, Mistral LLM ecosystem (including Studio, Vibe, and Forge), analytics, and data-driven platforms to unlock value, accelerate digital transformation, and create competitive advantage.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence:

AI & Digital Transformation

Design Agentic driven initiatives,



translating business and functional requirements into agent architectures, workflows, and capabilities using platforms such as Mistral Studio and Vibe.
Build proprietary AI/ML accelerators leveraging Mistral LLMs (e.g., Mistral Large, Codestral, Pixtral) to enhance business processes such as customer care, software development, predictive analytics, and operational automation.
Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data with Mistral models and enterprise AI platforms such as Mistral Forge.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, LLMs, process mining, and advanced analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, or PAFnow.
Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, semantic kernels, Autogen)
Proficiency in Python and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms
Working knowledge
