Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs using standardized and clinical observation tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering individualized therapy sessions, creating goal-oriented intervention plans, and documenting progress in a clear and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with families and caregivers, providing home-based program recommendations, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions with other clinicians. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to family education, maintain ethical and evidence-based practice standards, and engage in ongoing learning and team meetings.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans. Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, including early intervention principles and age-appropriate functional goals.
