Key Responsibilities
Design and configure the technical architecture of the Icertis ICI platform
Configure data models, rules framework, and technical settings
Develop and support API-based integrations with enterprise systems
Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and stability
Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues
Support large-scale, multi-region CLM implementations
Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance standards
Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations
Strong hands-on technical experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)




Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIs
Robust expertise in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web services
Experience supporting platform performance, scalability, and stability
Experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms
Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in large-scale production environments
Good-to-Have Skills
Icertis Technical Consultant Certification
Familiarity with SAP landscapes and enterprise middleware platforms
Experience with enterprise integration patterns
Exposure to monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools
Experience supporting global or multi-region CLM deployments
Knowledge of Agile / DevOps delivery practices
