Job Summary

We at Accolade Electronics are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer – V&V; with experience in automotive electronics to join our engineering team. The role involves leading verification and validation activities for embedded and IoT products, developing automated test solutions, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze product and system requirements and translate them into test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and validation testing for embedded and IoT products.
- Develop and maintain automated test solutions using LabVIEW and Python scripting.
- Perform CAN and UDS testing on bench setups as well as at vehicle level.
- Debug and troubleshoot product issues identified during testing, field trials, and vehicle validation.
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
- Report, track, verify, and close defects using JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, validation reports, test results, and other V&V; documentation.




- Support vehicle-level and field testing and analyze real-world product performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, automation, and overall product quality

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing, verification, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with LabVIEW (NI) and Python scripting for test automation.
- Valuable understanding and practical experience with CAN and UDS testing.
- Experience with CAN tools such as Vector, V-SPY, PCAN, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of communication protocols including CAN, TCP/IP, RS485, HTTP, MQTT, and UDS.
- Understanding of 4G/5G technologies, GPS, GSM, and vehicle tracking systems.
- Experience with JIRA, Git, and SVN.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of automotive electronics and embedded product validation processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / EnTC / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in embedded testing, validation, or automotive electronics.
