Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Machine Maintenance to maintain injection moulding and assembly machines, ensure utility uptime, troubleshoot PLC-based equipment, and drive preventive maintenance initiatives in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain injection moulding (IMM) and assembly machines with auxiliaries.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities: Crane, Air Compressor, DG, Chiller, RO, WTP, STP & Reach Truck.
- Troubleshoot PLC-based equipment (Omron, Siemens, Panasonic & Mitsubishi).
- Monitor critical spare parts and inventory management.
- Track maintenance KPIs: MTTR, MTBF & OEE.




- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001.
- Maintain fire protection systems as per FM Global & NFPA standards.
- Implement IIoT / Industry 4.0 and drive 5S activities.
- Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding Machines (Fanuc, JSW & Nissei preferred).
- Knowledge of 3-axis & 6-axis robot programming (Fanuc, Yaskawa & Nachi).
