We are hiring experienced Senior Engineer Estimation for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects. Department / Category : Infrastructure–Roads & Bridges

Location Nashik (Back-Office Support-KSA Projects)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings (roads, bridges, utilities, earthworks, etc.).
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing sheets based on KSA/GCC market standards.
- Assist in developing competitive tender pricing strategies in coordination with the Estimation Manager.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and execution teams for inputs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and compile tender BOQ, cost summaries, and commercial submissions.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions and highlight them during the tender stage.




- Ensure compliance with client requirements and Saudi standards.
- Support preparation of technical queries (TQs), clarifications, and addendum responses.
- Assist in value engineering proposals to optimize cost.
- Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings (if required).
- Provide support during post-tender negotiations and clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in estimation for civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience in roads, highways, bridges, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera estimation software preferred.
- Valuable understanding of construction methods and costing.
- Ability to analyze drawings and specifications accurately.
