Role and responsibilities:

This position is responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience to drive service that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.

- Perform testing, validation, and repair of EV battery packs at the service center.
- Diagnose issues in battery modules and packs, and execute effective repair solutions.
- Support validation activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct performance testing, cycle testing, and thermal behavior checks of EV batteries.
- Work with CAN tools for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Provide technical support and documentation for service activities.
- Hands-on experience in EV battery pack testing, validation, and repair.
- Solid knowledge of electrical & electronic systems.
- Proficiency with CAN communication protocols and diagnostic tools.
- Experience in EV/automotive domain preferred.
- Customer co-ordination & report preparation.
