Designation: PLC Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager/ Manager - Industrial Automation

Location: Indore MP - Head Office

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Engineering

Experience: 7-12 Years

Salary: As per last hike / industry standards

Key Responsibilities

- Lead automation projects from engineering, FAT/SAT to commissioning.
- Manage and guide automation engineers and project teams.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider.
- Configure HMI/SCADA FactoryTalk View/Optix and support DCS/PlantPAx systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Review technical documents, drawings, IO lists, and automation deliverables.
- Ensure timely project completion, quality, and effective troubleshooting.





Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS & Industrial Automation.
- Experience in PlantPAx, FactoryTalk, FAT/SAT & commissioning.
- Good understanding of industrial networking and process instrumentation.
- Team leadership, project management, client coordination & communication skills.
- Experience in Pharma, Chemical, Specialty Chemical, or Process Industries preferred.
