Role Summary

As a Ground Companion, you are the heart and face of WellWisherz. You will build warm, respectful, and trusting relationships with senior clients. Your day-to-day focus will involve spending quality time with seniors, accompanying them on local outings or medical visits, facilitating social activities, and updating our operations platform so their families stay informed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Companionship & Care Support

- Conduct scheduled home visits to provide friendly conversation, active listening, and emotional support.
- Assist with basic, non-medical day-to-day tasks (e.g., reading news, organizing books, light technological help with smartphones or tablets).
- Engage seniors in cognitive activities, memory games, hobbies, and social interactions.

2. Appointments & Mobility Escort

- Safely accompany seniors to doctor visits, diagnostic labs, pharmacy runs, or hospital procedures.
- Escort clients on leisure outings, including visits to temples, local parks, markets, or family events.
- Provide physical mobility support (guiding walk pace, handling wheelchair logistics, or managing cab transfers safely).

3. CRM Logging & Operational Discipline

- Complete mandatory visit logs and client updates in the WellWisherz CRM immediately after every interaction.
- Record key client preferences, mood updates, feedback, and upcoming needs to ensure seamless service continuity across the team.




- Promptly report any non-emergency client health/wellness observations to the Operations Manager.

4. Strict Operational Boundaries

- Maintain strict adherence to WellWisherz policies: Zero handling or involvement in cash, banking, online transactions, or financial errands on behalf of clients.
- Operate strictly within non-clinical boundaries (no medical diagnoses, injections, or clinical nursing care).

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) required; Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Hospitality is a plus.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, social work, elder care, or community service. Freshers with exceptional empathy and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hindi/Regional) is mandatory; working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps (for CRM entry, WhatsApp, and Google Maps).
- Transparent Background: Mandatory clean background check and police verification prior to onboarding.

Personal Attributes & Soft Skills

- Empathy & Patience: Genuine respect and warmth toward elderly individuals, with high emotional intelligence.
- Punctuality & Reliability: Extremely reliable regarding visit schedules, timing, and commitments.
- Active Listener: Excellent conversational skills without being intrusive.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of walking briskly and assisting seniors with basic mobility support (e.g., holding arms, pushing wheelchairs).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
