Senior Engineer - Roles & Responsibilities ole Purpose:

The Senior Engineer provides technical leadership, drives project execution, and ensures delivery of high-quality engineering solutions while supporting business objectives and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions.

Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex issues.

Manage engineering projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.

Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.





Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering skill development and technical excellence.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and innovation.

Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.

Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations.
