Are you a detail-oriented Draftsman with strong expertise in AutoCAD, shop drawings, furniture, joinery and interior fit-out?
Wood Couture is looking for an experienced Senior Draftsman to join our Projects team in Hyderabad and contribute to the execution of bespoke furniture and high-end hospitality & residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings & 3D models for furniture, joinery and fit-out elements
- Interpret architectural drawings, FF&E; schedules and technical specifications
- Ensure drawings are accurate, buildable and aligned with manufacturing standards
- Coordinate with Design, Project, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site teams
- Provide technical inputs on materials, finishes and construction methods
- Review drawings and models for quality, accuracy and compliance
- Support technical RFIs, revisions and project execution
- Guide junior draftsmen where required
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in furniture drafting, joinery or interior fit-out
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD & shop drawing production – Mandatory
- Experience in furniture, joinery or fit-out industries
- Robust understanding of technical detailing, materials and production processes
- Experience in luxury hospitality, FF&E; or bespoke furniture manufacturing is highly preferred
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong English communication and excellent attention to detail
