About the job:

VeriPark is seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant Customer Insights Data with 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development and solution delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical consultant with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data (formerly Customer Data Platform/CDP) and proven experience delivering enterprise-scale customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and customer analytics solutions.

The candidate must have successfully delivered at least two Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data/CDP implementation projects and possess a solid understanding of Customer Insights – Journeys, customer engagement, and marketing automation capabilities.

This role requires strong hands-on technical capabilities, solution design expertise, integration knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) environments.

What you will be doing:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data solutions.
- Design and implement Customer 360 solutions using customer profile unification and identity resolution.
- Configure and optimize data ingestion from Dynamics 365 CE, core banking platforms, mobile applications, web channels, ERP systems, and external sources.
- Design and manage customer segments, audiences, calculated attributes, measures, and business KPIs.
- Build customer data models and unified customer profiles.
- Configure matching rules, identity resolution,



and data enrichment processes.
- Implement customer consent and privacy frameworks.

Technical Solution Design: Design scalable enterprise architectures leveraging:

- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data

- Dataverse

- Power Platform

- Azure Integration Services

- Microsoft Fabric

- Azure Data Factory

- Azure Synapse Analytics

- Power BI
- Create technical specifications, design documents, and integration patterns.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical governance activities.

Dynamics 365 CE & Integration: Develop integrations between Customer Insights Data and:

- Dynamics 365 Sales

- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys

- External CRM systems

- Data Warehouses

- Core Banking Systems
- Omni-channel platforms
- Design APIs, ETL pipelines, and event-driven integrations.
- Support real-time and batch integration scenarios.
- Ability to work with customers and participate in requirements workshops and discovery sessions.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and developers.
- Contribute to effort estimation, proposal preparation, and presales activities.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development experience. Strong hands-on development experience across Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse and Power Platform
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Customer Insights Data (CDP) implementation projects delivered in a primary technical role.
- Strong technical expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) in Dynamics 365, Customer Insights Data,



Identity Resolution, Data Modeling, Data Unification, Customer Segmentation, Data Governance and Customer Analytics
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with enterprise applications.
- Robust knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, Web APIs, Azure Services, SQL and Power Platform
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of Customer Insights Journeys and understanding of Real-Time Journeys. Customer Segmentation, Event Triggers, Email Personalization and Campaign Automation preferred.
- Experience delivering AI-driven personalization and customer engagement solutions preffered.
- Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industry experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse,Power BI, Azure Event Hub & Azure Service Bus is a plus.
- Customer Insights related Microsoft certifications is a plus.
