About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SME / Senior Domain Specialist with deep expertise in US Wealth Management Operations and BrokerDealer Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of asset classes, trade life cycle, reconciliation, operational controls, and hands-on experience with key industry platforms such as Bloomberg, TLM, Wealthscape, and other wealth management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support US Wealth Management & BrokerDealer operational workflowstrade booking, settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions, and advisor support.
- Investigate and resolve cash/position/trade breaks with strong understanding of US market structures and regulations (FINRA, SEC, DTCC).
- Execute and review operational tasks with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Apply strong knowledge of asset classes: Equities, ETFs, Fixed Income, Options, Mutual Funds, FX, etc.
- Utilize Bloomberg, TLM, Wealthscape, and Excel (intermediate to advanced) for analysis and reporting.




- Partner with US advisors, custodians, trading desks, and internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
- Contribute to SOP updates, process improvements, and operational risk controls.
- Train and mentor team members across domain and process areas.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years in US Wealth Management, BrokerDealer Operations, or Capital Markets Operations.
- Strong understanding of the US trade life cycle, clearing/settlement, account types, and operational standards.
- Hands-on experience with Bloomberg, TLM, Wealthscape (or similar platforms).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, and break-resolution capabilities.

Good to Have

- Exposure to trading workflows or trade desk support.
- Experience with US custodians (Pershing, Fidelity, Schwab).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FINRA, SEC, DTCC, OCC).
