Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including search, social media, and display platforms. The individual will manage campaign budgets, track performance against KPIs, and use web analytics tools to generate insights and refine targeting and messaging.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with creative and content teams, overseeing paid media strategies, conducting A/B tests, and preparing regular performance reports for stakeholders. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing trends and platform updates to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with hands-on experience in performance-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including paid and organic strategies across major social platforms.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to interpret data and drive campaign optimization.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting performance insights.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, KPIs, and reporting for multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,



or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior performance marketing or similar role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

✔ 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and campaign optimization.

✔ Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

✔ Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or performance-focused campaigns is preferred.
