Dreams Land Realty is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer to join our Angamaly branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns
- Create, optimize, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate quality leads for real estate projects
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversions, and lead quality
- Manage retargeting and audience segmentation
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising tools

Requirements
- Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation




- Experience in real estate digital marketing is highly preferred
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc. is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
