- Work with a global team of leaders and engineers across the US, Canada, and India.
- Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform meeting SLAs.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response.
- Monitor site stability and performance, troubleshoot site issues, and scale infrastructure to meet growing demand.
- Manage cross-functional requirements and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, and other teams.
- Collaborate with developers to bring recent features and services into production.
