Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Developer role is based in Hyderabad.

The Senior

Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support Hyland’s AI-enabled content and data platforms. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with product managers, architects, and QA professionals throughout the software development lifecycle. The role involves contributing to technical design discussions, improving system performance and scalability, and ensuring adherence to secure coding and best engineering practices.

The Senior

Developer will also mentor less-experienced developers, support continuous improvement initiatives,



and assist in deploying and monitoring applications in production environments.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and solid understanding of object-oriented design and data structures.
- Experience with web application frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including query optimization and schema design.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data processing pipelines, or enterprise content management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex systems, and focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring other developers and collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
