Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer with strong expertise in Mechanical Design, SPM, and Industrial Equipment Design.

The candidate must be proficient in Creo and AutoCAD and should be capable of independently handling projects from Concept Design to Fabrication, Assembly, and Machine Trials.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute 2D & 3D Mechanical Design using Creo and AutoCAD.
- Design and develop SPM, Fixtures, Tooling, and Industrial Equipment.
- Prepare Fabrication, Assembly, and Manufacturing Drawings, along with BOMs and Part Specifications.
- Perform Design Calculations, Engineering Analysis, and Technical Validation.
- Apply GD&T;, Fits, Tolerances, Materials, and Engineering Standards.
- Ensure designs are Manufacturable, Reliable, Cost-Effective, and Assembly-Friendly.
- Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Assembly, Quality, Purchase, and Project Teams.
- Support Machine Trials, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, and Design Improvements.




- Review drawings and provide technical guidance to Junior Design Engineers.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Creo and AutoCAD
- Mechanical Design and Engineering Calculations
- Experience in SPM, Machine Design, or Industrial Equipment Design
- Knowledge of Fabrication, Machining, Welding, and Assembly Processes
- Strong understanding of GD&T;, Fits, Tolerances, Materials, and DFMA
- Strong Problem-Solving and Technical Decision-Making Skills

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Design, Machine Design, SPM, or Industrial Equipment Design.
- Experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial Workplace is Mandatory.
- Ability to independently handle projects from Concept to Fabrication, Assembly, and Trials.

Education BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
