Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solution development, from problem definition through deployment and business adoption.
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and GenAI architectures using enterprise-grade frameworks and tools.
- Develop scalable data science models and predictive analytics solutions leveraging structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance evaluation to ensure accurate and reliable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and domain experts to translate business requirements into analytical and AI-driven solutions.
- Drive rapid experimentation, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and innovation initiatives to validate emerging AI technologies and use cases.
- Design and implement data pipelines and AI workflows to support model development, deployment,



and monitoring in cloud environments.
- Deploy and operationalize AI/ML solutions on Azure/AWS platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing technical guidance, best practices, and code reviews.
- Implement MLOps and Responsible AI practices, including model monitoring, explainability, governance, and compliance.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to prepare, transform, and integrate data required for AI and advanced analytics solutions.
- Communicate analytical findings and model insights to executive stakeholders through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
- Contribute to solution architecture, estimation, proposal development, and technical strategy for AI and data science initiatives.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Data Science, evaluating recent tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies for enterprise adoption.
