Position: Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

- Lead finance-focused D365 client projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Work as a senior individual contributor and team member, collaborating with project teams and supporting junior consultants.

- Partner with client finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective D365 Finance solutions.

- Design and configure D365 Finance to support core accounting and financial processes, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.

- Gather, document, and validate functional requirements.

- Support system integrations, data migration, and customizations as needed.

- Apply solid accounting and financial systems knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions.





- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.

- Strong experience with ERP systems, with a primary focus on Finance modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or related Microsoft certifications preferred.

- Ability to work in a hybrid role, combining in-office, on-site client engagement, and remote work.
