- Draft tender documents, participate in the tendering process, bid evaluations and prepare final negotiated bid evaluation reports with contracts award recommendations.

- Pre-qualification of bidders based on parameters set forth jointly with stockholders.

- Draft submissions to the Sr. Vice President (Procurement & Contract) for seeking Apex approval for the award of the Contracts.

- Maintaining contractual records as well as develop & implement contract policies and procedures. Award of Contracts and Supply/Service Agreements for Civil, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC packages.

- Drafting appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions and ensuring the implementation of the Contract Documents throughout the contract period to best serve and preserve the Company's interests.

- Knowledge of SAP MM module for Processing current Contracts and amendments.

- Monitoring the performance of Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service providers periodically.

- Drafting contractual correspondence and notices to maintain the effective administration of all contractual matters and for use in substantiating the future claims.
