Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and articulate Senior Content Writer with strong research, writing, editing, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing high-quality, well-researched content on complex subjects, particularly in the areas of industry, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, policy, and economic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various communication platforms.
- Develop articles, reports, newsletters, website content, speeches, presentations, briefs, social media content, and official communication materials.
- Translate complex technical, industrial, and policy-related information into explicit, engaging, and reader-friendly content.
- Conduct thorough research using credible sources and ensure factual accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare content aligned with institutional communication objectives, guidelines, and brand tone.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, communication teams, and other stakeholders to develop content.
- Edit and refine existing content for grammar, structure, clarity, tone, and readability.
- Develop compelling narratives around industry developments, initiatives, achievements, events, and programmes.
- Maintain consistency in language, terminology, messaging, and editorial standards across all content.
- Stay updated on developments in relevant sectors, government initiatives, policies, industry trends,



and current affairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in content writing, editorial, corporate communication, public relations, or institutional communication.
- Excellent command of English, with strong grammar, vocabulary, and editorial skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail and factual accuracy.
- Ability to simplify technical or complex information without compromising its meaning.
- Strong understanding of different content formats and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and commonly used content/documentation tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience working on government, public sector, infrastructure, industrial, policy, or development-sector communication projects.
- Familiarity with government communication, official documentation, reports, and policy-related content.
- Experience in writing for senior leadership, institutional publications, or high-visibility communication campaigns.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing and editorial work.

Candidates should be able to share a relevant writing portfolio/work samples along with their application.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
