About the Role:

As our Senior Content Writer, you will craft the narrative that inspires individuals and corporations to plant millions of trees across the globe. You will own our brand voice across digital and print platforms, translating complex environmental restoration work into compelling, high-converting content — from thought leadership on LinkedIn to editorial features, annual reports, and customer success stories.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Copywriting & Creative Strategy

● LinkedIn: Draft sharp, authoritative, and data-driven posts for our corporate audience (CSR heads, HR leaders, ESG managers) to drive B2B partnerships.

● Instagram: Write punchy, creative captions, reel scripts, and carousel text that break down eco-concepts and highlight project impact for a broader community.

● Other social media platforms:



Adapt to the requirements of other social media platforms and write competing content to spread awareness and convert into sales.

Editorial & Educational Content

● Author SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and whitepapers on reforestation, ESG trends, climate action, and biodiversity.

● Write and coordinate the organization's annual report, translating impact data and project milestones into a compelling, stakeholder-ready narrative.

● Develop project page write-ups for individual plantation sites, capturing location-specific context, community impact, and ecological outcomes.

● Produce transparent impact reports and storytelling pieces covering specific planting sites and community benefits.

● Produce customer success case studies highlighting corporate and individual partnerships, quantifiable outcomes, and testimonials.

● Source and verify information quickly and accurately from credible, authoritative channels.

Email Marketing & Direct Outreach

● Concept and write monthly newsletters for corporate clients, individual donors, and gift-a-tree customers.

● Craft high-converting sales outreach emails, pitch decks, and follow-up collateral for prospective B2B partners.

Brand Communications

● Write web copy, landing pages, certificate text, and PR releases as needed.

● Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and positioning across every customer touchpoint.

Skills & Competencies required:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.





● Highly creative and a self-starter.

● Strong proficiency in MS Office tools — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.

● Solid grasp of content marketing fundamentals — SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing.

● High willingness and enthusiasm to collaborate cross-functionally and drive creative innovation.

● Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.

● Proven track record of growing or engaging audiences on LinkedIn and Instagram.

● Strong command of both B2B and B2C writing styles and nuances.

● Excellent command of language, grammar, and editorial judgment.

● Hands-on experience with content management systems, Google Workspace (like WordPress), and grammar/editing platforms (Grammarly or others).

● Switching effortlessly between casual social media captions, authoritative B2B LinkedIn posts, and formal whitepapers.

Requirements:

● Minimum 4 years of professional writing experience (agency, high-growth startup, or impact sector).

● Bachelor's degree/diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication, or a related field.

● Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, long-form blogs, and email newsletters with metrics demonstrating previous success (e.g., organic traffic growth, high engagement rates, lead generation).

● Prior experience in the social impact, climate action, sustainability, or environmental sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
