Looking for a candidate who will be a result-oriented consulting professional with strong business acumen, analytical ability, communication skills, and client-handling experience. The candidate should be capable of independently managing project responsibilities, working with senior stakeholders, understanding complex organizational challenges, and developing practical recommendations that can be effectively implemented.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand client business requirements, organizational priorities, workforce challenges, leadership requirements, and people-related issues.

- Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering discussions, workshops, assessments, and project review sessions.

- Build and maintain qualified relationships with client stakeholders.

- Convert client requirements and business problems into structured recommendations and practical action plans.

- Manage assigned consulting workstreams independently from project planning to completion.

- Perform secondary research, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, employee surveys, organizational assessments, and industry benchmarking.

- Prepare consulting documents and client deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, diagnostic reports, assessment reports, dashboards, frameworks, and recommendations.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of project deliverables.

- Maintain project trackers, monitor milestones,



highlight risks, and communicate issues or delays to the consulting/engagement team.

- Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of consulting assignments.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, HR Consulting, HR Advisory, People Consulting, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Business Consulting, or a similar client-facing position.

- MBA/PGDM in HR, Strategy, Business Management, Organization Development, or a related specialization is preferred.

- Good understanding of business, HR, people management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership-related challenges.

- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.

- Hands-on proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization will be an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and client/stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to independently handle multiple projects, priorities, and work assignments.

- Comfortable working and communicating with senior management and client leadership teams.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, consulting assignments, assessments, and workshops whenever required.
