COTROU is expanding its international Partner Panel and is inviting experienced senior business leaders and industry specialists to join us as Consulting Partners.

We are looking for professionals with 15 years of senior leadership experience who can bring deep industry expertise, strategic insight, and practical business experience to COTROU's consulting engagements across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

The Opportunity

As a COTROU Consulting Partner, you will be part of our expert network and may be engaged on consulting assignments based on your industry expertise, geography, functional experience, and client requirements.

The role is particularly suited to senior professionals who have:

- Led businesses, divisions, regions, or major functions.
- Managed significant transformation, growth, turnaround, or expansion initiatives.
- Worked extensively with CXOs, founders, boards, investors, or senior management.
- Developed and implemented business strategies.
- Led organizational, operational, digital, commercial, or market transformation.
- Built businesses or scaled organizations across markets.
- Robust understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in their respective industries.

Partner Panel

Selected professionals will be inducted into the COTROU Consulting Partner Panel.

Being part of the Partner Panel provides an opportunity to collaborate with COTROU on relevant client assignments and contribute as a subject-matter expert, strategic advisor, industry specialist, or project consultant, depending on the engagement.

Partner selection will be based on professional experience, leadership track record, sector expertise, geographical exposure, consulting capability, and alignment with COTROU's client requirements.

Minimum Experience

15 years of professional experience, with substantial experience at a Senior Leadership / CXO / Business Head / Functional Head / Director level or equivalent.





Professionals with significant entrepreneurial or advisory experience may also be considered where their expertise demonstrates strong relevance to our consulting requirements.

Geographic Coverage

We are particularly interested in professionals who have experience working across or within:

Europe | Asia | Africa

International market exposure and experience working with diverse business environments will be an advantage.
