Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to support an urgent client project in Pune.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Containerized Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) 2.6, particularly AAP installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and migration from AAP 2.4 to AAP 2.6.

This role requires someone who can work closely with the client team, provide hands-on implementation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to successful delivery of the AAP project.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Containerized AAP 2.6
- Perform migration from AAP 2.4 to AAP 2.6
- Plan and execute AAP upgrades and migrations
- Troubleshoot AAP installation, configuration, and operational issues
- Develop automation solutions using Python scripting
- Work with Linux systems and automation environments
- Develop and maintain Ansible automation
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Work with Terraform and infrastructure automation where required
- Provide technical consulting and implementation support to the client




- Collaborate directly with the client team to analyze and resolve technical issues
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer where required

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of overall IT/DevOps experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- Hands-on experience with AAP 2.4 and AAP 2.6
- Proven experience in AAP 2.4 → 2.6 installation and migration
- Experience with Containerized AAP 2.6
- Strong AAP administration and troubleshooting skills
- Good Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
- Strong Ansible knowledge
- Python scripting/automation experience
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Terraform
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are

- Currently based in Pune, or
- Willing to travel to Pune and work onsite with the client

will be preferred. Candidates with demonstrated, recent hands-on AAP 2.4 to AAP 2.6 migration experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Why This Role?

This is an urgent requirement supporting a critical AAP project. The role provides an opportunity to work directly with a client team on enterprise-scale Ansible Automation Platform implementation, migration, and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
