Role Description

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Solid hands-on experience with Commvault Backup Administration.
- Expertise in CommServe installation, configuration, and management.
- Experience managing and upgrading Media Agents and backup storage infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Commvault Deduplication technologies.
- Experience with backup, recovery, and restore operations across enterprise environments including File-system,SQL, Oracle, Windows, Linux.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Experience with virtual environment backups including Hyper-V.
- Understanding of backup policies, retention management, and storage optimization.
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux server backup environments.
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS,



and enterprise storage technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud backup and recovery solutions.
- Experience with backup performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of data protection, compliance, and information security requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with monitoring and reporting tools within Commvault environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
